Shipping policy

Orders are shipped out within 2 workdays from being placed unless stated otherwise such as with custom lubed switches where the shipping time will be dictated by the lead-time on switch customization services. 

For orders within the EU the products should be delivered within 5 working days, Portuguese national holidays do not count as work days so if your order contains any items that you need to receive in a time sensitive manner please contact us in advance so we can aid you in accessing if the order should arrive to you in time.

For orders to North America, at this time the only shipping option we order is fairly slow, taking around 10-15 working days to deliver, as above, we suggest getting in touch with us if your order contains any items you need to receive in a time sensitive manner so we can help you access if the products are likely to arrive on time to you.

If your order has not received any updates in over 5 working days or if they are over the expected delivery time to your region as well as if you have any other questions you would like our assistance with, please, get in touch with support at general@whiplashdesign.eu so we can help you with any issues that may arise with the postal service.
